Historical founded proposition of a new Slovenian flag.

Symbols that are seen hundred and hundred times are near to us and we accept them. Common reaction to the new symbols is dismissive. Agreeableness of new symbol modifies, when you see it for the third, fifth, tenth time, ...

Advantages:
-The flag flutters vertically and horizontally so it achieves on observer 3D effect or effect of astonishment;
-It is unique;
-It has universal - Slovene-historical or heraldical recognized escutcheon;
-It still has basic colors (white, blue and red) since 1848, however in different setting up;
-It is heraldically or vecsiologically correct.

Explanation:
-Slovenska manjšina in Slovenci po svetu se predstavljajo z Slovensko državno zastavo.
-Novo zastavo naj sprejme mešana komisija (heraldiki, veksilologi, zgodovinarji) v sodelovanju z Ustavno komisijo RS. Denar, ki tako ne bi bil porabljen za referendum pa naj se porabi za to, da bi vsako slovensko gospodinjstvo prejelo po eno novo slovensko zastavo na dom.
